I've been involved with technology and marketing for over 25 years. During that time I've had absolutely zero interest in video gaming - at least from the participation aspect... until the Wii.
Nintendo is dead on with their premise that playability is what matters most. I am completely fascinated by the controller and believe that mimicking actual physical movements in virtual gaming allows for us thumb-to-eye coordination challenged an opportunity to play in the virtual world.
I haven't been able to get my hands on one... yet - but when I do I'll be sure to let you know my experience.
